Refunds & Account Agreement

Welcome to The Attuned Listener website (“Site”). By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any course, program, subscription, live experience, or service offered by Dr. Jackie Perry (collectively, the “Products”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms are designed to protect both you as a participant and us as the provider. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of Site & Products

The Site and all Products—including courses, subscriptions, live or recorded sessions, downloadable materials, workbooks, demonstrations, and community spaces—are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or Products for commercial purposes
• Share login credentials or grant access to others
• Use the Site or Products in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive way

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or remove content, features, or services at any time.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the Site and Products—including written content, videos, workbooks, handouts, graphics, recordings, and branding—are the intellectual property of Dr. Jackie Perry and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own learning and growth.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or publicly display any materials without prior written consent.

3. Access, Programs & Subscriptions

Dr. Jackie Perry offers both:

• One-time purchase Products (such as self-study courses or standalone programs), and
• Recurring subscriptions (such as live practice opportunities, learning labs, or ongoing communities)

Access to any Product is provided only while your account is active and in good standing.

For subscription-based offerings:

• You authorize automatic recurring billing through Kajabi’s secure payment processor
• Charges continue until you cancel
• If a payment fails or expires, access may be suspended until resolved

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel any subscription at any time through your Kajabi account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and access will continue until that date.

Because Products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately:

• All purchases are non-refundable once processed
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time or access
• One-time purchases are final

Any bonuses, pricing, or incentives associated with a specific enrollment may not be reinstated if you cancel and later rejoin.

5. Community Guidelines & Live Practice Spaces

Some Products include access to group spaces, live practice sessions, or community discussions. These spaces exist to support learning, demonstration, and respectful engagement.

By participating, you agree to maintain a spirit of safety, respect, and professionalism. The following are not permitted:

• Harassment or abusive language
• Discriminatory or unlawful content
• Solicitation, spam, or self-promotion

We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access for violations. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Educational Use & Limitation of Liability

All Products are educational in nature and are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

While the content is created with care and expertise, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results. Growth and change depend on individual effort and application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Jackie Perry disclaims liability for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Site or Products.

7. Kajabi Platform Use

The Site and Products are hosted on Kajabi, a third-party platform. Your use is also subject to Kajabi’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

While we take care to maintain reliable access, we are not responsible for platform outages, technical issues, or interruptions caused by Kajabi.

8. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including details provided at checkout and through Kajabi’s platform.

By enrolling, you consent to receive Membership-related communications via email. You may manage your communication preferences through your Kajabi account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
